We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest, and also to benefit our valued therapists. 

Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your appointment with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last appointment. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.  For 9:00 a.m. appointments please call to schedule.

Arrivals
If you are a new client or have not been in to see us for at least 6 months, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out a Health History Intake Form. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.

Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a phone call confirming your appointment approximately 24 hours prior to the day of your service.  Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required.  Canceling an appointment within 24 hours will be assessed 50% of the service charge.  All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of service.

Payments and Gift Certificates
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and YOUR CENTER gift certificates. Gift certificates contain value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. Gift certificates may not be used to purchase other gift certificates. The gift certificate must be presented at the time of service.  Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.  **Please note: Gift certificates do not contain gratuities for your therapist.  Tips are greatly appreciated for services rendered.

Gratuity 
We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified massage professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for massages is 18%-20%. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash, personal check or credit card.  **Please note: Gift certificates do not contain gratuities for your therapist.  Tips are greatly appreciated for services rendered.
